Obletorr ("Oble" - oblation + "torrent"; obletorr.upd.edu.ph), DILC's Bittorrent tracker that enables the efficient peer-to-peer distribution of large files and encourages the sharing of limited bandwidth, in now on beta release. People with UP Webmail accounts may now upload certain files. See Obletorr's Guidelines and Possible Uses.

The College of Science, the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, and the College ofEngineering Convenor Group of the UP Program on Disaster Risk Management (DRM) holds “SYMPOSIUM #1 – POST-ONDOY ASSESSMENT” on 08 February 2010, Monday, 8:00 – 11:45 a.m., at the Malcolm Hall Auditorium, UP College of Law. In light of the 2010 national elections, an academic congress is set on Feb 1-5, 2010 at Malcolm Hall, UP College of Law. This congress seeks to provide "an overview of the complexity of the social issues that confront us so that you could truly participate in meaningful advocacy and dialogue with our national and local leaders." The session on Energy Security is on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, 9-11:30am.

DILC offers training and technical support for interactive learning. It produces and disseminates digital materials.
